It’s been a great start to 2014 for us at S&W and we have some lovely new stockists to share with you. I love having a real bricks and mortar space to browse around, as well as beautiful online shops. I think a lot of sparrow + wolf’s products are very tactile so they do better when people can see them, pick them up & feel them. I try to show the detail of the textures in the product photography as this is an important part of the range.
First up is the lovely Southwood Stores:
Southwood Stores is a beautiful online shop selling amazing graphic cards, wrap, stationery, prints, clothes & homewares. Hayley Southwood also runs the fabulous breath happiness blog when she’s not curating gorgeous goodies for the shop. They are also the only UK stockist of the awesome US based Hello Apparel.
Dear Doris
Dear Doris in Penarth is our first Welsh stockist. They stock a delightful array of bright and fun goodies in their “wonderfully wonderful” shop. From fun animal heads to mugs, tea towels & cards, it’s the perfect place to stop by for a gift for a friend, or yourself. Dear Doris can be found at 1 Queensgate Mews, Albert Road, Penarth.
Search & Rescue
Search & Rescue is a great gift shop based in Stoke Newington. They stock a great array of cushions, stationery, cards, wrap, goodies for your home & stylish knick knacks. Their colourful & cool shop can be found at 129 Stoke Newington Church Street. You could spend a very long time perusing the range carefully put together by Louise. You’ll want to buy it all!
Space
Space is another beautiful independent boutique based in the lovely Exmouth Market in Clerkenwell. It’s run by Mother & Daughter team Maur & Jo. They have a great eye for fun & beautiful but practical pieces for the home. They also stock beautiful jewellery & have a really fun kids section – perfect for stopping by if you have a birthday to buy for! You can find them at 25 Exmouth Market.
Moonko
We have been stocked in Moonko for a little while, but as I mostly talked about their Boxpark shop before, I thought I’d also mention their lovely Sheffield branch on Division Street. They opened in October 2013 and have been doing very well with various pop up shops appearing over the festive period. They stock the most fabulous range of home and gift bits and bobs and Debbie, who runs the shop, is great at spotting new and different designers.
